Announced for whatever reason by Doc Brown from the Back to the Future franchise, wacky operating room mishap maker, Surgeon Simulator 2 is out now on the Epic Games store.

First announced late 2019 for a 2020 release, the shadow drop came as a surprise. The release trailer, with well-known streamers and gaming news outlets giving medicine a go, shows off its co-op mode as well as new surgeries to perform on – most likely unwilling – patients, with new and larger operating theatres.

Here’s a hint: the head STAYS attached to the neck.
