Don’t you hate it when the bridge is ALWAYS out?

You know when you pull two random words out of your head? That’s what the reveal for Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead felt like. I love it.

Announced during Gamescom Opening Night Live, the two most unlikely franchises to be connected got a trailer with a post-apocalyptic Napoleon Dynamite. Developers, Headup Games, describes the game as the “legendary and challenging puzzle gameplay of Bridge Constructor™ with the post-apocalyptic universe of AMC’s The Walking Dead.”

Join a group of survivors as they fight against hordes of undead walkers and a hostile human community. Build bridges and other constructions through bleak landscapes and ruined structures. Team up with fan-favorite characters like Daryl, Michonne and Eugene, and create safe passage for iconic vehicles from the series.

No official release date yet, but the game will be released later this year on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and mobile, as well as coming to the PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X.
