A new month begins!
I’ll be honest, it’s been a little while since I’ve paid attention to the Games with Gold titles, and without writing this article, this month probably would’ve gone unnoticed too. I can’t say I know too much about these games other than seeing them around Game Pass or hearing their names mentioned on podcasts. That’s not to say they aren’t quality games, just a little lacklustre compared to the competition in PlayStation Plus’ offerings this month.
Unfortunately, the Original Xbox titles don’t offer any additional Gamerscore, so if you’re an Achievement fiend like me, this may not give you that extra level of excitement you were hoping for. Upon further inspection, obtaining the 1000 Gamerscore for Portal Knights will set you back a hefty 60-80, so if you’re wanting an easy month to boost your Gamerscore for peanuts, this month ain’t it.
